We ultra sound every bull and heifer at a year of age to measure back fat, rib eye size and marbling.

Being not only in the  cattle industry but also the beef industry its important to know whats under the hide. Our customers on both sides expect the best and this is a crucial tool we use to help with breeding decisions.

 We measure the ribeye in square inches, back fat in inches and marbling as a percentage of surface area in the ribeye. This gives us an actual look at size and quality of the steak that will be put on the consumers table.
